Marketplace & Community Rules

Keep it local, honest and safe. These rules apply to listings, photos, messages, reviews, community posts and websites published on Paco Webs.

Not allowed

• Scams and risky payment requests: wire transfers, gift cards, crypto-only, "send a deposit before you see it," overpayment tricks.
• Pushing deals off the platform to avoid our safety tools, or posting Telegram or WhatsApp links in listings or messages.
• Adult or sexual content, nudity, escort services.
• Weapons, drugs, prescription medicines, counterfeit goods, stolen property, anything illegal to sell.
• Hate, harassment, threats, violent or graphic content.
• Discriminatory job or housing ads (for example "no kids," or excluding people by race, religion, national origin, sex, disability or family status). Fair housing and equal employment laws apply.
• Fake listings, fake reviews, reviewing your own business, or paying for reviews.
• Impersonating a person or business, or claiming a business you don't own.
• Using someone else's photos, logos or content without permission.
• Spam, duplicate posts and misleading prices.

How enforcement works

• Listings, photos and messages are checked automatically before posting. Blocked content is never published.
• Anyone can report a listing, message or review. Upheld reports add a strike.
• Too many strikes can lead to restriction or suspension. You can appeal from Your Portal.
• We may remove content or accounts immediately in serious cases.

Stay safe

Meet in public, inspect items before paying, never pay a stranger by wire, gift card or crypto, and report anything suspicious.
